Return Policy
At Code 4, we build professional-grade security for owners who take their equipment seriously. Because our locks are precision-engineered, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure every customer receives a factory-fresh uncompromised product. A return authorization must be requested via email. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Condition: Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed retail packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the lower 48 states via UPS or FedEx. Our team makes every effort to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may experience a slight delay. In the event an item is on backorder, we will contact you immediately via email.
